Critical

1. Zero Cancellation Policy

Orders are bound by strict wholesale logistics parameters. Once a dispatch requisition is submitted and payload specifications are verified, NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED under any circumstances.

Fleet mobilization and material extraction occur immediately upon confirmation. Any attempt to cancel after confirmation will result in full invoice liability.

2. Payment Settlement

Global Export: 100% advance wire transfer or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight required before vessel loading.

Domestic Operations: Minimum 50% advance required for fleet dispatch, balance against delivery manifest.

All international transactions in USD. Domestic in INR per agreed terms.

3. Liability & Force Majeure

Guddu Enterprises operates strictly on agreed Incoterms (FOB/CIF). We bear zero liability for port-side customs delays, international maritime disruptions, or geopolitical force majeure events once materials have left Indian jurisdiction.

Risk transfers at the FOB point per the governing Incoterms rule in each contract.

4. Delivery & Logistics Terms

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to port congestion, weather, and carrier availability.
  • Vessel tracking updates are shared with the buyer once cargo is loaded and Bill of Lading is issued.
  • Demurrage charges at destination ports are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Partial shipments are permitted unless explicitly prohibited in the purchase order.

5. Quality & Inspection

  • All materials are tested and certified per relevant BIS/IS standards prior to dispatch.
  • Third-party pre-shipment inspection is available at the buyer's cost upon written request.
  • Quality certificates and test reports are provided with each shipment documentation set.
  • Claims for quality discrepancies must be lodged within 7 days of delivery with supporting lab reports.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes shall first be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days.
  • Unresolved disputes will be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • Jurisdiction: Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
  • Governing law: Laws of the Republic of India.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

  • Contact information submitted via this site is used solely for order processing and communication.
  • Data is not sold or shared with third parties except logistics partners as required for order fulfillment.
  • Email communications may include order confirmations, invoices, and shipment updates.
  • To request data deletion, email support@gudduenterprises.in with subject "Data Deletion Request".

Legal Notice — Binding Agreement

By submitting any order, inquiry, or requisition to Guddu Enterprises — whether via this website, email, phone, or any other channel — the buyer unconditionally acknowledges and accepts all policies listed on this page. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement governed by Indian law.
